Busport Tours is a DMC and tour operator based in Panama City, Republic of Panama. We are responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website.
Only what you give us voluntarily when filling in the booking form or contacting us:
We do not collect sensitive data or credit card information through this site. Payments, where applicable, are handled through a secure payment link provided separately.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell, rent or transfer it for commercial purposes.
Only with those necessary to provide your service: suppliers involved in your booking (transport operators, guides, hotels, local operators, restaurants) and the technology providers we use to operate — our email server and WhatsApp messaging service. Each one receives only the data essential to their role.
We may also disclose it when legally required by a competent authority.
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, once the service has been provided, for the period required by applicable legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored on a restricted-access server and only authorised Busport Tours staff can view them, through a panel protected by username and password.
No system is infallible: we apply reasonable security measures, but we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We only use storage strictly necessary for the page to work, such as remembering the selected language.
You may ask us at any time to access your data, correct it if inaccurate, delete it, or object to further processing. To exercise these rights, write to us on WhatsApp at +507 6670-3394 or through the contact form, stating your request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
This site is not directed at minors. Bookings involving minors must be arranged by a responsible adult, who will provide the necessary data and the documentation required to travel.
We may link to third-party pages (for example, WhatsApp or supplier websites). This policy does not cover those sites: we recommend reviewing their own privacy terms.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in applicable regulations. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
